ACT-RGV is a state accredited alternative certification program that prepares aspiring candidates with their dreams of becoming teachers.
With a combination of building strong content knowledge, classroom management training, and real-world classroom experience under the guidance of mentors, the aspiring teacher is led through the process until certification completion.
SUBSTITUTE TEACHER CERTIFICATION TRAINING
This course will guide aspiring substitute teachers through the expectations of the profession, and learn the characteristics of effective substitute teaching.
